We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available across all cities in Pakistan.

  • JazzCash

  • Bank Transfer

Please ensure that payment confirmation is shared for JazzCash or bank transfers to avoid delays in processing your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume.

7. Return and Replacement Policy

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Send us clear photos of the damaged product and your order number.

  • Upon verification, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

Note: We do not offer returns or replacements for products that are not damaged or are customized correctly based on the provided design or message.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MugHug.pk including text, graphics, logos, and product designs is the property of MugHug.pk and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products are sold “as is” and without warranties unless explicitly stated.
