1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we aim to reach you through our trusted delivery partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment (if prepaid).

  • For custom or personalized items, additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 4–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotions, or due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Charges may vary based on location and order size. Any shipping charges will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Prepaid Orders (JazzCash or Bank Transfer): May qualify for discounted or free shipping (as per promotions).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if available). You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website or through customer support.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails (due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address details), our courier partner will usually attempt re-delivery. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package/product

  • Description of the issue

We will review and resolve your concern as quickly as possible, either through replacement or compensation.
